Overview: Leexi + Koban Integration
The integration allows you to import call notes directly into the CRM, in a contact, company, or opportunity file. Taking notes of a call, making a report, and then entering it into your CRM? That's a thing of the past! Your assistant takes care of everything: it transcribes your calls, summarizes them, and more! You save precious time by automating the tedious task of completing your CRM.
How to integrate Koban and Leexi?
Prerequisites
- Administrator rights for your Leexi and Tribe user accounts
Step 1
On your Koban account
Go to Settings, then Extensions & Feeds -> Extensions.
Step 2
Enable the Leexi plugin (1) and then configure your API keys (2).
Step 3
The plugin is installed. To retrieve Leexi summaries from a closed action, simply click on Link the video call summary.
Koban will suggest all Leexi recordings within this time slot. Once the meeting is selected, Koban retrieves the summary, the transcript, and the recommended actions from Leexi.
