Overview: Leexi + Odoo Integration

The integration allows you to import call notes directly into the CRM, in a contact, organization, or deal record. Taking notes during a call, making a summary, and then reporting it in your CRM? All that is a thing of the past! Your assistant takes care of everything: it transcribes your calls, summarizes them, and more! You save valuable time by automating the tedious task of completing your CRM.

How to integrate Odoo and Leexi?

Prerequisites

• Admin rights for your Leexi and Odoo user accounts
• Custom Odoo pricing plan. The integration uses the Odoo external API which is available only on Odoo Custom plans. If you have a One App Free or Standard plan, the integration might no work. For more information visit the Odoo pricing page.
• Odoo version 15.3 or higher

The Odoo integration allows you to sync information between Leexi and Odoo. For it to work, you need at least the Contact module to be installed on your Odoo instance.

Step 1

On your Leexi account

Go to Settings → Integrations (only accessible by an admin)

Click on Add for the Odoo integration

Step 2

Fill in the required information:

• Instance URL: The URL of your Odoo instance. Example: https://demo.odoo.com/
• Database Name: The name of the Odoo database you want to connect to Leexi. Example: demo
• Username: The email or username used to log into the Odoo instance. Note that the user must have administrator rights and must have a password set in the Odoo instance. It is recommended to create a user for the purpose of creating an API key.
• API Key: How to create an Odoo API key? Make sure to create an API key for the username you chose in the previous step.

Step 3

When everything is filled out, click Save.
