How to integrate Salesforce and Leexi?

Prerequisites

Admin rights to your Leexi and Salesforce user accounts

Step 1 :

On your Salesforce account

Before activating the Leexi integration, we recommend enabling Shared Activities on your Salesforce account. When a meeting involves multiple clients, this allows us to create a single note linked to each client.

Step 2 :

On your Leexi account

Go to SettingsIntegrations (only accessible by an admin)

Click Add for the Salesforce integration

Accept## Overview of the Leexi + Teams Phone Integration

This integration allows Leexi to automatically record your phone calls made via Microsoft Teams Phone, thanks to our partnership with Imagicle, a Microsoft-certified solution.

From these recordings, Leexi provides you with a full transcript, a clear summary, a list of follow-up tasks, advanced analytics, and many other exciting features!

And the best part? Everything is fully automated!

The recordings are first captured and securely stored on Imagicle’s European servers, then automatically transferred to Leexi, where the analysis begins.

How to integrate Teams Phone with Leexi?

Step 1:

Contact your Leexi representative to activate the integration and define the number of required licenses.

💡 This integration may generate additional costs, directly included in your Leexi subscription.

Step 2:

Fill out the Imagicle form to initiate the installation:

Once the form is submitted, Imagicle creates your workspace within 1 to 2 business days.

Step 3:

Follow the steps described in this Imagicle procedure:

The necessary credentials (Main App ID & Pair App ID) will be provided by the Leexi team.

Step 4:

Go to https://app.leexi.ai/fr/settings/integrations, look for the Teams Phone integration, then click Add, and finally Save.

Step 5:

Once the integration is activated, click on Manage.

Add licenses to the relevant users using the “+” button.

The number of usable licenses corresponds to what was agreed with Leexi. If you exceed this number, an error message will appear.

⏳ Please allow about 4 hours for synchronization to take effect on Imagicle’s servers.
