Overview: Leexi + Aircall Integration

The integration enables Leexi to process VoIP calls and recordings. From this recording, Leexi provides you with a full transcript of your call, a summary, a list of follow-up tasks, translation, advanced statistics and a host of other exciting features! And the best part? It's all automatic! By connecting Leexi to your VoIP, your assistant automatically accesses your call recordings to take notes for you.

How to integrate Aircall and Leexi?

Prerequisites :

Admin rights for your Leexi and Aircall user accounts.

Step 1:

On your Leexi account

Go to Settings → Integrations (accessible only by an admin)

Click on Add for the Aircall integration

Step 2:

Click on Authorize

Step 3:

Click on Add Numbers

Step 4:

Select all the numbers for which you want to record calls on Leexi, then click on confirm

Step 5

You will be redirected to the Leexi integrations page

Important: Click on the Manage button for the Leexi integration, and ensure that your Leexi users are correctly linked to the corresponding Aircall users
