Overview: Leexi + Cloudtalk integration

The integration enables Leexi to process VoIP calls and recordings. From this recording, Leexi provides you with a full transcript of your call, a summary, a list of follow-up tasks, translation, advanced statistics and a host of other exciting features! And the best part? It's all automatic! By connecting Leexi to your VoIP, your assistant automatically accesses your call recordings to take notes for you.

How to integrate Cloudtalk and Leexi?

Prerequisites :

Admin rights for your Leexi and Cloudtalk user accounts.

Step 1:

Enable call recording

Please consult the following documentation to ensure that recording is enabled in CloudTalk.

Step 2:

On your CloudTalk account

• Go to Account → Settings → API Keys, and click on Add an API Key

Step 3:

On your Leexi account

• Go to Settings → Integrations → Cloudtalk, click on Add

• Copy the CloudTalk API key ID and secret, then paste them into Leexi
• Click Save
