Overview: Leexi + Ringover integration

The integration enables Leexi to process VoIP calls and recordings. From this recording, Leexi provides you with a full transcript of your call, a summary, a list of follow-up tasks, translation, advanced statistics and a host of other exciting features! And the best part? It's all automatic! By connecting Leexi to your VoIP, your assistant automatically accesses your call recordings to take notes for you.

How to integrate Ringover and Leexi?

Prerequisites :

Admin rights for your Leexi and Ringover user accounts.

Step 1:

On your Ringover account

1. Activate Ringover call recording by following these instructions.

2. Go to Activities.

   

3. In the sidebar, select "</>"

4. Then select "API"

   

5. Generate an API key and name it

   

6. Grant the rights required for Leexi to function correctly

Step 2

1. Copy your API key

   

NOTE: Make sure to enable all the permissions (toggle blue and to the right)! A permission is disabled if its toggle is grey and to the left (this isn't visually obvious)

On your account Leexi

1. Go to "Settings".
2. Select "Integrations". (accessible only by an admin)
3. Find Ringover and click on "Connect".
4. Enter your API key. Then simply link the corresponding Leexi and Ringover accounts. Then save.
