Overview: Leexi + Telavox Flow Integration

The integration enables Leexi to process VoIP calls and recordings. From this recording, Leexi provides you with a full transcript of your call, a summary, a list of follow-up tasks, translation, advanced statistics and a host of other exciting features! And the best part? It's all automatic! By connecting Leexi to your VoIP, your assistant automatically accesses your call recordings to take notes for you.

How to Integrate Telavox Flow and Leexi?

Administrator Instructions

Must be done once by an administrator of your account.

• Log in to your Flow admin portal
• Go to Users → Permissions, and ensure that the Recorded Calls column is checked for all relevant users

• If the Recorded Calls permission is not enabled for some users, you can enable it by clicking on the user and checking the Recorded Calls box

User Instructions

Each user of your account must follow these instructions.

On your Flow account

• Log in to your Flow account
• Go to Settings → Call Recording & Co-Listening

• Click on Call Recording and enable Record Calls (note: this setting can also be profile-based)
• Go to My Account → Username and Password

• Click on Manage Tokens, then Create New Token
• Select Custom Integration, give the description Leexi, then click Create Token

• Copy the created token

On your Leexi account

• Go to Settings → My Integrations
• Find the Telavox Flow integration and paste your token
