How to integrate Vonage Contact Center and Leexi?
Prerequisites :
Admin rights for your Leexi and Vonage user accounts.
Step 1:
On your Vonage account
- Log in to the VCC administration portal and go to API credentials
- Click on Create new
- Provide the following information
- name: Leexi
- Scopes: users:read and interaction-content:read
- Keep the web page open, you will need the client ID and the secret
Step 2:
On your Leexi account
- Go to Settings β Integrations (accessible only by an admin)
- Click on Add on the Vonage Cloud Center integration
- Paste the client ID as the API key ID and the secret as the API key secret
- Select the region in which your VCC server is based
- Click on Save
